Lindsay Johnston was Project Architect for this Higher Education Project while employed by RMJM.
While working for RMJM, Lindsay was a Project Architect responsible for the delivery of the new award-winning Faculty of Engineering Building, which brings together 1500 students previously housed in 13 different locations.
The new 14,000m2 building united the University’s five engineering departments – Civil, Electronic, Industrial, Engineering Hydrology and Mechanical & Biomedical Engineering – which were previously located at 13 different locations over the campus and beyond. The new development houses undergraduate and postgraduate facilities for 1,500 students including engineering laboratories, research facilities, workshops, computer suites and lecture rooms.
