Graduating in 2008 with a Masters of Architecture from the University of South Australia, Michael has amassed a diverse range of experience in the architecture industry. Michael has worked as a Revit based architect for a number of years on a wide variety of projects including commercial, educational, residential and industrial. Most recently Michael worked on the facades team for the $350m Gosford hospital redevelopment, before relocating to London to join the Pattern façades team for the Al Rayyan Stadium in preparation for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Beginning his architectural career with the state government in South Australia, Michael worked as a Graduate Architect for Housing SA as they executed the federal government’s Nation-building program. After 2 years with Housing SA, Michael moved to a global engineering, management and specialist technical services consultancy and was at the forefront of the Building Information Modelling (BIM) revolution. Trained by industry-leading experts, Michael had the opportunity to gain experience on many different large scale projects, including sporting stadiums, medical research facilities and large-scale residential projects.
