Oscar is a Senior Architectural Technologist, with more than ten years of experience in the development of Architectural projects through all stages from concept to completion. Due to his advanced knowledge in BIM Design Technology, he specialized in sports, residential and educational projects. His role at Pattern is highly technical and focused on the management and coordination of design disciplines: Architecture, Structures and MEP, among others.
In 2018, Oscar led the technical coordination of the fast track project of the VIDENA National Sports Complex, for the 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games of Lima, which includes the Velodrome, the Athletics Stadium, the Aquatic Centre, the Multi-Sports Arena, the Bowling Centre and the Masterplan of the Sports Complex.
Previously at Pattern, he has participated in different stages of the design of Al Rayyan and the Qatar Foundation’s Education City Stadia for the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar, the Battle of Britain Visitor Centre, residential projects as well as various competitions.
His experience as a site manager in Spain, working with main contractors, has been a key factor at Pattern, which has allowed him to successfully develop different projects from the early stages of conceptual design to its successful completion.
He graduated as an Architectural Technologist at the University of La Coruña-Spain, with a master’s degree in Building Engineering and Industrial Construction, specializing in Structures, from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at the University of Vigo-Spain.
